"Excellent customer service, they offered an upgrade at their sister Boutique Hotel Badhaus. Beautiful, modern, centrally located with a private parking. Their stay conviniently includes a Südtirol Guest Pass, complimentary drinks and a delicious buffet breakfast. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the beautiful town of Brixen/Bressanone."

Their knowledge of the local trails was impressive—they even planned a fantastic hike for us, including great recommendations on where to stop for lunch and what to order. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed, and each morning we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We would happily stay here again."
