"On this vacation we stayed in Rome, Gubbio, Florence, Venice and Interlaken. After we finished our trip, our whole family said the highlight of the trip by far was staying here. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars isn't enough. We're giving them 100 stars! My wife had the idea to stay in a castle and this property was perfect. We had the entire place to ourselves. We met the owners, (a husband and wife) when we arrived and they were an absolute joy! The husband spent 40 years restoring the castle and...

"One week stay at d’Arno exceeded our high expectations. The house with wonderful rooms, the common kitcken and the garden with pool was perfect for us. This added with the discrete helpful house owners give us with families a perfect birtday cenebrating to an unforgettable stay. In addition they also organized barbeque and piza evening added with rental of bicycles. Many thanks for this week."

"Beautiful location, very handy for the lake (swimming, pedelos etc) and with some lovely restaurants and gelatos in the local town! Views from the property are amazing, it is very quiet and peaceful"

"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. John and Dianne are in their home next door which was nice to know. They very much left us to it and didn't mind us playing our music by the pool. Otherwise we didn't see...

"Beautiful central 18th Century building modernized to be a comfortable hotel. Located in the most central pedestrian street of the city with the most important attractions as well as stores and restaurants nearby. Efficient and friend staff. Delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice and fruits."
