Parking very easy, but the peculiarities of house numbering in Carrara make it difficult to find the B&B location, which is located not near #18 and behind another group of houses numbered 16. "Superb breakfast and so many very attentive staff in a most charming space. The hotel room was impeccably clean and appeared freshly painted. The hotel is in a very grand traditional style, and the staff were always super courteous and full of useful information. Ilenya and Yuliya to name two, but really the whole team are excellent. Bike hire on site, situated right next to the boulevard and the beach, close to town but the quieter end. A perfect stay and ideal base for exploring Lucca, Pisa and Viareggio of course. I just marked the stars down for amenities as I wasn’t aware the pool would be closed (empty in fact). Having said that, it is probably still out of season and would’ve been too cold. Well done All, looking forward to returning some day. "
