Propaganda enganosa
Foi uma tremenda desilusão e quero reembolso ! Não tinha nem água que seja para comprar pelo menos , um sabonete para lavar as mãos nada , a cama era duas de solteiro , os espelhos cheios de pelos , café da manhã , vista para a montanha ? Era um monte de mato na janela TV apoiada numa mesa com um DVD que não funcionava nome do hotel que reservei foi Montain chalet ! Lá o nome era recanto das flores , fiquei 20 minutos procurando o nome que reservei que não existe , wi-fi pioro nem sinal pra ligar pedir uma pizza não tinha , a BANHEIRA citada tbm pioro , kit higiene só se for imaginário , passamos frio ! Foi horrível meu aniversário de casamento só gastei um tanque de combustível foras os pedágios ! Nada do que vi na hora da reserva tinha lá! Aguardo retorno ou irei tomar outras medidas .

Lugar agradável, chalé espaçoso, porém faz frio, muito frio a noite. Por sorte levamos uma colcha, se não iria faltar. Não solicitamos, mas se tivesse mais, sugiro deixar já no quarto.

Começar pela estrada que é horrível o acesso e sem placas para localização do local, andamos por horas sem sinal para encontrar o local e não tínhamos como saber onde chegar, na suíte , não tínhamos sinal de TV é apenas 3 filmes para assistirmos, aquecedor estava quebrado e tivemos que solicitar outro, o chuveiro não esquentava e para ficar quente tinha que deixar ele quase fechado, na reserva eles dizem ter uma banheira, o que não aconteceu, as roupas de cama estavam encardidas, e para quem tem rinite melhor nem querer passar uma noite lá. O café da manhã estava simples mas estava agradável, o que deixou a estadia 1% melhor do que estava sendo . A recepção não tem organização , e não sabemos onde fazer checkin ou checkout , temos que ficar mandando msg para um rapaz para que ele chegasse até ela !

Belo lugar, em meio a natureza.
Local muito bonito, em meio a natureza. É necessário levar itens de higiene pessoal e comida se quiser consumir algo fora do café da manhã fornecido (itens não vendidos lá). Distância de cerca de 8km da Vila Capivari. Tem um trecho de estrada de terra, bem calçada. Destaque para o excelente atendimento do Márcio.

Melhor viagem, melhor local!
Foi sensacional, ainda estou sofrendo por ter ido embora rs.. lugar lindo e aconchegante, os anfitriões maravilhosos gente boa demais! Café da manhã gostoso, ambiente bastante tranquilo e familiar. Única parte ruim é não ter opção de almoço.. pois é um pouco longe da cidade, então se for viajar sem carro prejudica a locomoção entre cidade e chalé.. seria apenas uma sugestão ter a opção de almoço ou lanche. Fora isso, lugar magnífico e fantástico.. queríamos morar lá rs ❤😂😍 Já estamos programando o retorno. Márcio e esposa.. obrigada pela hospitalidade!
