No geral a minha hospedagem foi muito boa. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Utilizei o SPA, o hóspede tem direito a 1 hr por dia. O café da manhã muito bom. O quarto fica bem quente durante o dia, não há ar condicionado ou ventilador. Uma pena que assim como as demais pousadas que fiquei em Campos, tem bastante problema de acústica. Mas no geral, muito gostoso.

O hotel é excelente, muito bem localizado, tudo muito bonito. Garagem espaçosa, com acesso fácil ao elevador. Quarto lindo, cheiroso, com uma decoração que nos remeteu à Provence. Tudo estava excelente no quarto, exceto por encontrarmos um tufo de cabelos no Box. Confesso que isso causou uma péssima impressão. Pelo valor da diária, esse erro não poderia acontecer. Café da manhã excelente, com opções que podem ser solicitadas na hora, como tapioca, ovos, etc.

Ótima opção para família em Campos do Jordão.
Atendimento excelente da equipe, se adaptaram às nossas preocupações com COVID e com filho de 5 meses. Tivemos café-da-manhã no quarto, além de almoço e jantar de comida do iFood servido em local seguro no hotel. Hotel é muito bem localizado, a 3 quadras do centrinho de Campos do Jordão, estacionamento fácil e gratuito, adoramos a estadia.
