Otimo Hotel, confortável e limpo (adoro Campos e vou quase todos os anos, e foi o Hotel com melhor limpeza que já fiquei na cidade). A equipe do Hotel é muito atenciosa e simpatica. Minha unica observação é quanto ao quarto de dois andares, eu gostaria que a parte de baixo também fosse uma cama fixa e não sofá-cama, pois estava com meus pais já idosos e que não queriam subir escadas, apenas para um melhor conformto deles

O café da manhã deixou a desejar, literalmente colocavam sucos pasteurizados para servir. Dois dias solicitamos manteiga sem sal e não fomos atendidos. Inclusive perguntamos a atendente que foi a cozinha e não retornou com a resposta, precisei perguntar novamente.

Hotel muito bom, porém senti falta de algumas comodidades como água no frigobar, se passar das 22:00 e você não tiver água no quarto, você fica com sede. O serviço de quarto não trocou as toalhas do quarto, tivemos que pedir algumas vezes e mesmo assim não foi trocado. acho interessante colocar um menu do restaurante no quarto, até para chamar atenção e vender mais

Ir para a piscina com som alto é inadmissível. Tocar sertanejo no último volume seguido de funk não era o que eu esperava pra um fim de semana romântico .

Hotel novo, quarto grande e agradável! Banho bom com toalhas grandes! Check in demorado porém os atendentes são solícitos e simpáticos. Acomodações do hotel lindas, piscina deliciosa com uma vista incrível. Travesseiro é a parte negativa por ser muito alto.

Cuidado ao reservar, pode ter uma dor de cabeça!

Fiz a reserva de última hora e foi um pesadelo para acharem minha reserva. Fiquei esperando por 2 horas e não consegui cancelar pois não era reembolsável. Estou esperando Hotéis.com me compensar pela dor de cabeça. Pontos negativos: café da manhã muito simples para um hotel dessa categoria, alguns quartos pertencem a proprietários e não necessariamente do hotel. Comunicação do hotel muito ruim e envolve várias outras pessoas, checkout as 11h e não é negociável. Pontos positivos: hotel novo 7 meses, piscina aquecida que da acesso a área externa, bonito e staff educado. Ressalto o atendimento do Nathan que nos ajudou a resolver o problema. Fabíola da Central infelizmente não foi satisfatório e a Amanda (atende geral) ouviu, pediu desculpas e não proporcionou nenhuma compensação pela chateação. Hotel é legal mas tomem cuidado ao reservar pois a Fabíola da Central disse que o anúncio do hotéis.com não é necessariamente o canal oficial do hotel e sim de proprietários que tem direito a utilização do quarto.

Estabelecimento novinho em Campos do Jordão, bem moderno e clean. Apartamentos excelentes com toda comodidade e facilidade, materiais e equipamentos novos e modernos. Espaços comunitários muito bons. Café da manhã diverso e muito bon! Excelente atendimento. Piscina aquecida com borda infinita divina! Acredito que poderiam facilitar o check in, com o pré check in (achei demorado!).

Hotel novo precisando de ajustes

Chegamos na quinta feira por volta das 23h bem cansados e achamos o check in bem demorado , nada ágil, enfim fomos ao quarto que é bem agradável , exatamente como mostra no site , mas a cama do terceiro hóspede não estava arrumada , e nem a roupa de cama estava completa , ao me informar na recepção disseram que estava tudo no armário , e não estava . Faltava o lençol de cima e tb sabonetes , que não foi colocado nenhum dia q estivemos hospedados . Ficamos no andar térreo e acima do quarto fica a sala de Jogos , e no sábado à noite ouvíamos as bolas da mesa se sinuca batendo e tb a mesa de pebolim , fora o barulho das crianças , ou seja fujam desses quartos no térreo . Café da manhã bom , todas as funcionárias muito atenciosas e simpáticas . O hotel é muito limpo , agradavel , tudo novinho … piscina aquecida com borda infinita e vista para as montanhas acredito ser o ponto forte do hotel . Outro detalhe que poderiam colocar para cativar os hóspedes , uma mesa de chá da tarde , como existem em muitos hotéis e pousadas em Campos , nada muito elaborado , bolo , café e chá , para os hóspedes q ficam à tarde no hotel para descansar e não querem se deslocar até Capivari p beliscar algo , seria muito gentil e bem vinda essa sugestão .

Ainda há tempo para melhorar, Wanderlust

Hotel novo. Pontos positivos: próximo ao centrinho de Capivari, super silencioso, muito boa a acomodação, áreas de lazer. Negativo: Funcionários com pouca experiência no trato com hóspedes, só há travesseiros altos e não há outro tipo, café da manhã modesto para o padrão de um hotel 4 estrelas, serviço do bar da piscina que não oferece snacks, restaurante que só funciona para o café da manhã.
