"Where to begin... The property is as far north in Moultonborough as you can get. It's approximately 12 minutes north of the center of town. The property was not clean, may not have been even broom swept! There was toothpaste on the backsplash of the downstairs sink, the stove had never been cleaned, cobwebs and spiders in various places, stained pillowcases, dishes were left in the dishwasher, the toilet bowls did not appear cleaned either. The A/C was terrible. Loud noisy floor units that could...

This house has air conditioning, which was important since we went during the hottest week. Host super responsive and we had a lot of fun 14 people stayed quite comfortably in the house 4 families, 8 adults 6 kids. Would totally stay again if in that part of the country!"
