"The villa needs a serious Update. There was no decent reliable wi-fi, ended up using data during the while stay. There was no basic “just arrived” things like soap, toilet paper, shower gel etc. no microwave, which made eating a bit tricky. No dishwasher which added extra work. The furniture is very old and outdated. The toilets has not seen an update for the last 20-25 years. House has not been updated in the last 30-35 years. "Pros: Das Haus liegt nur ca. 200m vom Strand entfernt. Zwischen den Bäumen kann man das Meer sehen. Nette Veranda und Pool in der Ferienhausanlage (Achtung Öffnungszeiten). Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber. Autoparkplatz in der Anlage. Cons: Die Möbel sind alle schon älter und abgenutzt. Die Küchenausstattung nicht ganz vollsträndig für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung ist schon sehr verwinkelt und eigenwillig gebaut. Das Kinderschlafzimmer (Stockbett) ist winzig klein und das Elternschlafzimmer sozusagen...

"Pros: Das Motorrad konnte gut und sicher auf dem Grundstück stehen. Auch die Auffahrt war sehr gut für's Motorrad. Cons: Abends tlw. sehr laut durch Hundebellen (gefühlte 20 Tiere!!) + Hähne, die zu jeder Tageszeit, also auch z. B. um 23.30Uhr oder 3.20Uhr krähten. Das Bellen dauerte zwar nicht lange (gefühlte 2- 4 Minuten), trat aber immer bei Fußgängern auf und dass mehrfach in der Nacht, auch spät abends oder sehr früh morgens."
