"Excellent location and service to the airport. Clean, friendly staff, the bed was VERY comfortable and soft sheets. Breakfast was typical, attached restaurant was good. "

"Shower head to clogged up had zero water pressure. Walls in room beat up and dirty, pool area dirty no towels, jets not working in hot tub, hot tub water was super dirty and had lots of hair and stuff floating in it. free breakfast had gone down hill. Staff is nice. Bar had karaoke and had an amazing waitress. Prices keep going up for this property but the conditions are getting worse. Sad as this used to be one of our go to places for flying out of Edmonton. "

"The staff were excellent but the property is a little tired in certain areas hallways, elevators. But nothing serious. The room was very nice and room service was excellent. Food was very good"
