"Place is great awesome employees could have better directions to rooms myself and a few other couples i ran into were lost as well but all part of the adventure,, maybe a display map in the walls or a kiosk would be helpful the paper map was useless"

"If you're planning on visiting this resort...Go for it! I just came back from a solo vacation on 04/25/25 and regret nothing. As a solo traveler, I was a bit scared to be alone. This was my first time out of the states solo so of course, I had some concerns. Once I arrived the staff made me feel 100% comfortable. Leo, was some I spoke with prior to arriving and he assisted with getting my transportation setup from arrival and departure. He set up my excursion and was extremely informative with all my questions and concerns. The pools are cleaned. and it does close at 7 but it's to service and clean the pools. I swim bars are cleaned. The beach is beautiful and kept well cleaned. But keep in mind you will find people coming up to you to try to sell you things. Food options: I read through the reviews and seen many advise to try the Japanese restaurant. They were 100% correct. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive to everyone. The buffets are good and clean. I recommend getting omelets made for breakfast, it's delicious. The desserts and fruits are for sure delicious as well. The Mexican restaurant was not that good. But it's expected considering it's DR. With all that said, I recommend coming here. Solo traveler or not, you will have a good time. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the resort. I took a solo trip and I felt safe around the resort. The staff were extreme friendly and helpful. They have a great group of people I like to call the "HypeWoman & HypeMen that do different activities & nightly performances. They were very engaging and fun. I Highly recommend this place, its small but it has everything you need for a good relaxingg stay. Highly recommend!"
