They reveal guest coming and going to outside non guests, potentially jeopardizing safety of guest. Should be addressed by management. "

"Such a great spot, we are so glad we found it! Condo is spotless with great accommodations…. Beds are super comfy, ocean view is beautiful and balcony PLUS rooftop patio are amazing. Host is very easy to communicate with and available via text if need be… staff at condo amazing as well! Sad to leave and most definitely hoping to return!! "

"We had the most amazing time celebrating our anniversary. The location truly feels like you have your own little condo on the beach. The communication and guidance was top notch and never made me feel bad about all my touristy questions :) The resort itself was small but adequate. I don't think older kids would have enough to do."

"I would avoid the Spa, the pool circuits does not work and they are not polite, other than that everything was fantastic the restaurants, the housekeeping service, the front desk ladies very cordial ladies and the bellman. Owners should improved their lobby entrance restroom add a bench inside them for guest to change while their room is ready and some flights are early, toilet paper dispensers are not good. The rooms were great"

The staff was very friendly and helpful, lots of games and activities, and it wasn’t over crowded. "El Mejor Resort que nos hemos hospedado! El servicio al cliente es excelente desde el Ckin hasta es Ckout... Buen aire acondicionado en la habitación, cama cómoda y agradable... Baño limpio con buena presión de agua en la lavamanos, inodoro y bañera... Las facilidades están bien mantenidas. La cena en los restaurantes "Octopus y Gourmet Grill" son SUPER DELICIOSAS! La comida en el Buffet (desayuno, almuerzo y cena) es espectacular! La playa es muy buena. La piscina para adultos con prohibición de ruido es un ÉXITO! Durante la estadía, en diferentes noches pudimos disfrutar de un White Party, Karaoke, Banda en Vivo y, para mi sorpresa, lo más actual, un Silent Party! El Staff de entretenimiento son muy buenos y atentos. Quisiera resaltar a los empleados "Osvaldo, Jacqueline, Alba, Rosa y Anthony" por las atenciones y por hacer de nuestra estadía una aún más placentera."
