"Check-in is a bit weird, you have to go across the street to the other venue. I had requested 2 twins and upon arriving, the beds were not separated. However they were able to have housekeeping separate the beds just fine. Elevator was quick. Pool is beautiful but guests tend to reserve the day beds which is a bit annoying. A little balcony to the room was such a nice touch we loved that. Beds were kinda hard but fine."

"Villa Jat is a beautiful place to stay. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our four days there. The villa was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches, such as drinks in fridge, coffee pods (including decaf), plug adapters and beach towels. The garden and pool are the real stars though, with numerous place to sit and relax, both in the sun and shade, whilst enjoying views of the palm and cactus trees, as well as the stunning bougainvillea draped over the side of the villa. The pool is lovely, perfect for cooling down. The villa has distant views of the sea and the walls of Dalt Villa in the old town. An even better view can be had from the roof terrace. The villa’s location is perfect, as you have space around you but only a 5-10 minute journey in a taxi, from the old town (€10). Taxis are easy to book on the island’s taxi app. It’s also only 10 minutes from the airport. The owner of the villa, Joan, was helpful and friendly, arriving on his Harley Davidson, to help us check in. He kindly let us check in early and check out late, as there were no other guests directly before or after us, so we had even more time to enjoy the villa and Ibiza itself. We managed to squeeze in a boat trip to near by Formentera. Another stunning island, laid back and heavenly and only 30 minutes away by ferry. They run as late as 12.30am, so you can pop over there in the late afternoon and stay for the sunset. We loved our stay at Villa Jat and would most definitely love to return."

"Staff is so nice and helpful with great English. The pool and rooftop are really nice. The gym is too small and have the equipment is broken. The beds are so uncomfortable, you can tell they are old and need replacement. Or at least a mattress topper for comfort, you can feel the springs through the bed. No body lotion or hair conditioner. But other than that, great location to walk everywhere and easy taxi service with the hotel."

"The hotel lobby is large. Locations was good. Our room had trash in it when we arrived and the shampoo bottles were empty! No pool towels for guests! Plenty of sun beds to use! Went to beach club and restaurant on site they were both very good! Water spots available walking distance! Staff were courteous but not friendly! You could easily hear people talk in adjacent rooms so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue. I still think the hotel was nice and would stay again!"

"Nice Hotel centrally located near the beach and restaurants/shops. Room was adequate, bed was small but knew this, could easily fit a Queen sized bed in the room. Felt the daily cleaning could be a better as quite dusty I noticed. Could have used more hangovers and the safe is small so you can’t fit an iPad in there. Walls are very thin so luckily I requested a room at the end. Breakfast was just ok and only used it once. Didn’t use the small pool as had friends in another hotel. Overall was happy but wouldn’t come back to this particular branch as a newer modern hotel under the same name is on the same street so would stay there next time."

"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. The location of the hotel near old town was super practical and also 2 blocks from the ferry station to formentera. It was convenient. There was a laundromat within 6 blocks and a supermarket across the street."
