"Everything was above the expectations of what I expected. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff friendly and helpful and went out of their way to help get transportation to a restaurant in port pollencea for a special occasion. You could tell rooms were recently redone and the bed was very comfortable. Food and service was extraordinary and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. Want to bring the whole family there next year to share the experience"

"Villa Nekazabal provided us with a beautiful opportunity to host a 10 member family trip across 3 generations in one beautiful house. The Villa is just as beautiful as on the listing, the communication with the rental agency ISHolidays was quick and efficient. We had some foul-smelling odor coming from the upstairs bathrooms and Nicolas was incredibly quick and helpful, and even sent plumbers the same day to address the issue.The courtyard with the pool in the back is simply stunning. We arrived during an insanely hot weather period and the pool was our lifesaver as the air in the courtyard got so hot and stagnant during the days. The house needs AC on the ground floor as the summers are getting too hot. It also would have been nice to know that all bedrooms are upstairs as the stairs are steep for seniors. There is a noticeable drop in room quality from the grandiose suites on the 2nd floor to the much more pedestrian rooms on the 3rd - whoever gets to move into those suites can feel truly blessed while the 4 upstairs rooms are much simpler. All rooms have AC which is wonderful.The kitchen has a fantastic extra drink fridge (Restaurant style) and an ignition stove that takes some getting used to. Sa Pobla is a nice & quaint little town, not overrun by tourists which we loved. We enjoyed having two supermarkets within walking distance and the Plaza Mayor for tapas, drinks and gelato in the evenings. We made some wonderful if very hot memories- thanks again for having us"

"Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca war insgesamt sehr schön. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und war bei unserer Ankunft sehr sauber. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der schöne Sitzbereich im Außenbereich, die vielen weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten und die insgesamt angenehme Gestaltung. Der Pool war ebenfalls in Ordnung; an einem Tag kam sogar ein Poolreiniger vorbei. Auch die Handtücher waren von sehr guter Qualität. Die Betreuung vor Ort war freundlich und angenehm.Einen Punkt möchten wir allerdings kritisch anmerken: Für uns war es sehr befremdlich, dass das Wasser in der Finca kein Trinkwasser war und laut Handbuch auch nicht zum Kochen verwendet werden sollte. Bei der Übergabe wurde uns das – zumindest können wir uns nicht daran erinnern – nicht ausdrücklich mitgeteilt. Die Information stand lediglich im Handbuch. Auf unsere Nachfrage wurde uns das bestätigt. Wir sind sicherlich keine „Survival-Spezialisten“ und waren daher etwas verunsichert, wie wir mit dem Wasser umgehen sollten. Zum Zähneputzen haben wir schließlich gekauftes Wasser verwendet. Auch beim Geschirr waren wir unsicher, Leider gab es keine weiteren Informationen dazu, was genau mit dem Wasser nicht in Ordnung ist bzw. warum es nicht zum Trinken oder Kochen geeignet ist.Insgesamt also ein kleiner, für uns aber durchaus relevanter Mangel. Wäre uns das Vorfeld bekannt gewesen - es steht nicht in der online-Beschreibung - hätten wir nicht gebucht."

"This house is gorgeous, spacious, homely, cool in the summer and well located. I stayed there with my son, my sister and nephew for five nights and it was the highlight of our trip to Europe. We needed a rest from all the heat and it welcomed us with open arms. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two full bathrooms, a patio and a terrace. It is like 40 min away from Palma and perfectly located to explore other parta of Mallorca. The host was great at communicating and explaining the garbage sorting. We lived this house!!"

"Finding the place itself was quite difficult. It led us to a small town near the church. It was hard to find by the address alone, but luckily you had provided the coordinates, and thanks to them we found it. The biggest impression was the garden! ️ Sitting on the terrace while a gentle breeze carries the scent of blooming fruit trees was magical. In the villa, we found everything we could possibly need — from kitchen utensils to a washing machine, dishwasher, juicer, and even several frying pans and pots. I especially loved the view from the kitchen window 🤩 With a view like that, I could wash dishes by hand forever ️ The house is spacious, with two showers, both very large and convenient. There are also plenty of outdoor and board games. A very generous host allowed us to enjoy the fruit from the garden — every morning we could taste fresh oranges and lemons, squeeze them, and drink fresh juice. ️ The only inconvenience was with the garbage. We had to take it into town and dispose of it there. But I understand that this is the rule on the island, as it was mentioned that trash is not collected there and guests need to take it out themselves."
