"Firstly, Jonathan and Val are INCREDIBLE hosts--they are welcoming, communicative, and go above and beyond what's needed as a host! The flat itself is lovely and has everything you would need for a comfortable long-term stay.The location is great as you're very close to the metro and Sant Antoni. The neighborhood can be a little sketchy at night, but not enough to dissuade one from renting there (I would re-book in a heartbeat)--you just need to use your travel common sense. "Good location right next to the metro. 12€ cab to the beach. The room has almost everything you would need. Alex, the property manager, is fantastic. He’s very friendly, has great communication and provides great recommendations around the area. Quite clean (although there was a cheetoh stain on the pullout bed sheet) and it was a bit dusty in areas. Could improve by providing soap in the bathroom to wash hands (there is soap in the kitchen, but not very hygienic to have to open the bathroom...
