"It was an interesting stay, as we check in late at night there was chaos! A group of girls with their teachers and chaperones were leaving claiming that rooms they got were infested with bed bugs"

"It was very easy to check in - we parked underground and they gave us a ticket that allowed us in and out privileges- we didnt need it tho cause everything was within walking distance- we thought it would be noisy facing the pool but with the patio door closed its very quiet. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant Beffroi and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Totally recommend we will definitely be back."

"Lovely old hotel with lots of character. Location was excellent. Our room initially was on 5th floor at the front but we were moved to the 12th floor at the back the 3rd night as the noise on the streets from rubbish carts and road resurfacing was really bad. The windows were not sufficient to reduce the sound. Staff extremely helpful and obliging . Checking in was fast and speedy . Didn't try breakfast in hotel as was pricey...plenty of places to eat locally. We did have a drink in the bar a couple of nights. Nice variety. The Boston cream pie was first class😋 "

"The hotel is a bit dated. Our room location was great, as it was right next door to the outdoor spa. It was ok for the price we paid."

"The room was spacious and clean, we could have used a few more hangers in the closet and I'm sure we could have just asked at the front desk. The breakfast was a step above your basic continental breakfast but served our needs just fine. They were very accommodating by combining 2 adjacent registrations so we didn't have to change rooms and easily added parking when we decided to rent a car later in our stay. The rooftop patio would have been nice in good weather and the fitness area was basic but served its purpose."
