"Our family really enjoyed the beautiful home. Every morning we sat on the back deck and enjoyed watching all the pretty birds. Matt was responsive (usually within 24 hours) and accommodating. The only issue was that there wasn't central air-conditioning. Most of the family was comfortable, but my son is sensitive to heat.
