"Hidden Ridge Resort was a nice tucked away property on top of the hill away from Banff core town centre which offered for more privacy. The amenities like the use of the pool area was nice & relaxing; also providing the bus tickets to ride for free into the town centre was a nice convenience to have if you didn’t want to drive & try to find and pay for packing. "Beautiful place "

"The thermostat did not work, making the room too hot to sleep despite opening the windows.Several attempts to contact the hotel went unanswered.Left after one night of two night stay as I was feeling ill due to lack of sleep.Getting to room was an obstacle course due to mattresses in hallway from renovations.Hallways were filthy due to renovations.The room itself was fairly clean though. Can not recommend due to lack of management feedback or concern."

"Tunnel mountain resort was very nice. Our room had a bedroom with a queen bed, two beds up in loft and a pull out couch. Nice little eating area and porch. Walkable to Banff only about 20 minute walk. Only thing I did not like was stairs from parking area down to our room was a little steep with no railing. "

"They were very accommodating when I booked the wrong night, and welcomed us right away. Our room with a king bed, fridge and microwave was lovely. Very fresh looking!!! Great place to stay!!"
