"We loved our stay! Our host was very responsive to our requests and was able to accommodate us to an early check in. The location was amazing right next to a lot of chain restaurants and convenience stores. It was very cozy and clean. Definitely recommend staying!"

"We loved our stay! The location was perfect, it was right next to a shopping mall and walkable to many restaurants. We were checked in and walked to our room by one of the employees and the view was amazing. We felt very safe as there was security monitoring who came in and out of the building. Definitely recommend!"

"The communication is terrible. If the same person doesn't reply, they do not read the previous chain, so you get a completely different answer. For example, an early check in was offered for a fee. I accepted it, but the new responder said no. The apartment is nice. But it is next to the elevator, so you have noisy people, kids and dogs at all hours. There was also loud music coming from the courtyard until 3am one night I complained, but the response was as if I was facing the street, and it...

"Great hotel in the Zocalo. Friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant and coffee shop on site. We had the king room with jetted hot tub. Room was very comfortable and large, included coffee in the room as well as a complimentary mini bar with snacks, pop and a couple of Coronas which were replenished daily. The bed was very comfortable. Would have preferred a couple more English channels on the television but CNN and Fox News was available to keep you up to date. Overall, this was an amazing hotel a couple blocks walk to the Zocalo. Price was decent, would stay here again without hesitation."
