"We were given a friendly welcome and found our room to be very spacious and clean. We could have used more pillows (only one was provided). Breakfast was good. We were told about the wellness centre and told it would be open at 5pm, but it did not appear to be open, so we missed out on using this facility. "

"This is a beautiful hotel nestled in the side of the mountain. Appears newly updated the staff was so accommodating and helpful.. only issue was it is about 35 min walk from train station. The owners actually took us into town to dine and to catch the train due to rain. We would definitely return if in the area"

"This was a complex of new apartments, supposedly having multilingual staff, the check in was slow and interesting as she spoke no English. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with a shared balcony and some mountain views in the distance. We couldn’t make the air conditioning work but there was a fan there that did a good job. A five minute walk into Trichiana and there are bars and restaurants, we ate at the first restaurant we came to and it was excellent."

"Where do I begin? I am a seasoned traveler and retired yacht captain and all I can say is BEWARE as the place advertised on Expedia is not what is there! First, we were given an incorrect address from Expedia, lost for hours in the Dolomites and finally had to find a hotel to overnight to avoid traveling on dark mountain roads. "Stayed the night before and after a 4-day Via Ferrata tour. Very clean, nice balconies, fridge in kitchenette. Laundry facilities ideal and reasonably priced. Beds were comfy, nice balcony to sit out on in the evening. Couldn’t fault the reception staff, helped us find the right bus stop for our onward journey. "
