"The property owner does not speak English but was easily able to communicate with WhatsApp. Private. Enclosed parking. I was able to come and go through a private entrance for my vehicle with ease. If you’re looking for an affordable quiet private option to staying near Rome, this is great. A vehicle is a must. The nearby streets of Bracciano near the castle, has cheap and great food. Paulo the owner is a great host."

"What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. We enjoyed every aspect of it and until one stays there the value of the parking space cannot be overstated! We hope we get the opportunity to return...

"The house was equipped with everything we needed. The host was very kind, helpful, and understanding with everything. Location is nice if you want to be a bit away from the city center, about a 10 minute walk to the train station wasn’t bad at all. I would definitely stay here again!! "Wir durften 2 Wochen auf diesem wunderschöne Anwesen verweilen. Unser Check in ging super schnell, das Häuschen „Nuraghi“ wurde uns sauber übergeben. Das aller Beste am ganzen ist aber der Swimmingpool und der Whirlpool, wir haben ganze Tage dort verbracht und sind sogar Nachts baden gegangen, die Aussicht von der Anlage aus ist phänomenal! Die Bilder die man dazu auf FeWo sieht, geben das was einen erwartet überhaupt nicht wieder, aber das ist uns lieber als andersherum... Das Wasser war...

"The property expirience does not match pictures on expedia. We didn't get property as it was on picture when I made booking on expedia.it. On my request they gave me apropriate apartment but in 10pm! they asked me to pay full price of that apartment although I already paid most of that amount throught reservation.. on a side fact that I booked that better apartment according to pictures on expedia.. "My husband and I were married at Villa Clodia with 19 guests. The property manager arranged our wedding day perfectly - from the decor, the food, to the amazing staff. All of our guests say that it was one of the best weddings, and I have to agree. Our group stayed for three days in 11 bedrooms, nobody had complaints. If you are thinking of getting married or having an event in Italy, choose this place as you won't regret your decision."
