"Staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Food at the restaurant was very good, the grounds were amazing with views of Arenal Volcano. Would absolutely stay here again The only thing we could say is they could upgrade the towels."

"This is a simple and cute property in Monteverde, not far from the town (as long as you have a car). The staff is very friendly and helped us book all of our tours. The breakfast was also excellent. Our favorite part about the property were the animals we saw. Toucanets, hummingbirds, and lots of other small birds and mammals were roaming around - what a treat!"

"Was our favorite hotel on our trip through Costa Rica! Greeted warmly, help with luggage. Served refreshing drinks at check-in and tons of suggestions for tours and restaurants at front desk. Staff very eager to please and help in any way. Hiking trail on the property for morning walk. Breakfast included and it was fabulous! Happy hour and sunset views and wonderful appetizers. We loved the onsite dining! Each room has a figurine of a coati, they let you have as souvenir, also coffee and dried bananas. Extra touches make such a difference. Would definitely stay here again!"

The food was outstanding , the spa treatment was the best the zip line was safe and fun and the staff each and everyone of them was so friendly always smiling remembered who I was and we felt very special. "I woke up at 3 am to drive to National Park Manuel Antonio since my animal-watching tour had been moved to the early morning. After telling the hosts I would check out very early, they prepared fresh-made breakfast and hot coffee for me to go (including toast, tropical fruits, eggs, and cookies). That is 3:30 in the morning! That warm breakfast made me feel heartwarming while driving in the darkness. Definitely recommend this nice place!"

The hotel was exceptionally clean, which added to our comfort. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time thanks to the attentive service. The staff arranged cars for us and booked our tours, making our stay hassle-free. The food in the restaurant was top-notch, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The selection of cocktails was impressive, and we enjoyed trying different ones each evening. The surrounding nature was beautiful, providing a serene backdrop to our stay. The pool was clean and inviting, making it a perfect spot to relax. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel."
