"Simply wonderful!! Great location, beautiful scenery with lots of toucans and other birds on the property. The villas are brand new, very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. Nilla and Stéphane were extremely attentive and friendly and had great recommendations for activities in the Bijuagua region. A real gem."

"Casa 5 is possibly the best situated house in Buena Vista. It was relatively private and had a nice lake view. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms had ample drawer space as well as plenty of hangers. The space was open and comfortable."

"Wonderful cosy cottage deep in Monteverde. The drive from St Elena is worth it! There are lots of bugs at night but it is manageable. So many birds! So serene! Comfy beds. Yummy welcome food. Carlos was super kind and attentive, and took care of our needs (extra chair, longer clothing line for hanging our clothes). "

"I recently stayed 3 nights at Villa Floresta Monteverde, and it was a fantastic experience. The villa is located in a very quiet area, offering complete privacy—you don’t notice the neighbors at all. The accommodation is modern, beautifully furnished, and features a lovely terrace and an amazing hot tub. The host was very friendly and communicative. However, one minor issue was that I only received the location details about 2 hours before the check-in time, which caused a bit of last-minute...

"We were a family of four and throughly enjoyed our three days here. Such a lovely place with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is close to town and various sites and activities, but also up the hillside enough to be peaceful and restful. Our host, Evelyn, was so great to deal with. Thank you for such a lovely and comfortable base to explore the Monteverde area."
