On the ground floor: a convivial living room with kitchen, dining area and lounge, a shower room with WC. Upstairs: an open bedroom on the landing with two 90 cm beds and a bedroom with a 140X190 bed. Private parking at 50m. Telework space set up in a bedroom on the first floor. In the heart of Cancale, this pretty semi-detached town center house is ideally located 300m from shops and services and 700m from Port de la Houle, its many restaurants and its famous oyster markets. Housed in a completely renovated old bread bakery, the welcoming and warm gîte also has a small outdoor area with a barbecue in store for you.
