Discover the pearl of the Emerald Coast: Cancale! Nestled in a quiet little street, this charming duplex apartment can accommodate 6 travellers and is the ideal base for your getaway. Ideally located near the shops and only 300 m from the sea, you will have a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a sleeping area upstairs for 4 travellers, as well as a shower room. Sheets and towels are provided. See you soon!

Located on the second floor, accessible by stairs, the duplex is as follows:

Day area:
- Large and bright living room with a sofa, a TV, a dining area for 6 guests.
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery...
- Bathroom with shower and WC.

Night area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- A sleeping area on the first floor that can accommodate 4 travellers, equipped with two double sofas, a TV, and a table with 4 chairs. You will have a sea view!

- The sea, with a sublime view of the bay of Mont Saint Michel, is 300 metres from the flat.
- The beach of Port Mer is 2 kilometres away.
- A few metres away, you will find the beautiful shops of Olivier Roellinger.

Spotlessly clean & great location
The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. It is situated within easy walking distance of a very good boulangerie(2 min), a supermarket(3mins), a creperie(1 min), a post office(5 mins), several banks, restaurants and bars all within 5-10 mins walking. The owner Olivier Labbe was most helpful with several queries I had before I travelled and answered on this platform promptly. A superb apartment in a great location for the centre of town, the port & oysters. All within a 5 minute drive or a 15 - 20 min walk. (I did a couple of times and I'm 79 years of age). Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Un logement plutôt à proposer sur Airbnb
Nous avons apprécié ces quelques jours à Cancale, le port est chouette, avec le marché aux huîtres, un incontournable. Le centre ville est en retrait du port, avec des commerces intéressants. Chemin du douanier vers la pointe du Grouin super. Concernant le logement, notre ressenti fût mitigé, avec plusieurs petites dégradations/salissures et un rangement pas soigné. Nous utilisons Abritel pour éviter ces déconvenues, du coup, un peu déçus. Autre inconvénient, le passage obligatoire par les sanitaires/douche pour accéder à la chambre du bas. Note globale du logement = 10/20

Schöner Aufenthalt, tolle Gegend, Küstenwanderweg super, Küche bedarf einer Grundreinigung, um in eines der Schlafzimmer zu gehen, musste zunächst das Badezimmer mit WC durchquert werden. Ansonsten alles okay.

Très agréable
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end rallongé dans cet appartement. Il est bien équipé et la cuisine dispose de tout le nécessaire. Le seul bémol est la salle de bains unique et par laquelle il faut passer pour aller dans la chambre. A 3 cela ne nous a pas trop gêné mais à 6 ça peut être plus compliqué.

Grand appartement avec toutes les commodités
Logement très bien placé (à 15 minutes du port et des restaurants) avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour ! L’appartement est très calme (hormis les craquements la nuit), très lumineux la journée. Seul hic, nous avions précisé que nous allions être deux, or, seul un lit était fait et nous avons dû payer 15 euros de plus pour qu’on nous dépose de quoi faire le second lit.
