I called the technician twice, and he seemed like not wanting to accept the fact that it was not blowing cold air and just give me excuses to the point that I asked him to leave. I did not complain to the front desk nor to the staff cause that’s not my style, but I expected better from the staff and the technicians of the air conditioning. Other than that everyone else was amazing."

"When I arrived at the lobby of the apartment, the desk security knew nothing of my arrival. The phone number of the host was not answered when called. Trying to resolve this VRBO staff could not contact the host. I was then refunded my payment which hardly compensated me being left standing in the lobby with my suitcase in a foreign country to find another place to stay. I will soon check to see if this host is still offering to rent their unit. If they are then it means that VRBO isn’t doing their job to manage who can rent with them. "
