Private: property 7'000 m2, well-kept garden with lawn, natural pond, swimming pool heated (11 x 5 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with alarm system. Paddling pool, outdoor shower, pool house, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Bourg" 14 km, sandy beach "Lac de Lougratte" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Villeneuve sur Lot 14 km, Aéroport de Bergerac 40 km, Agen 50 km, Cahors 80 km, Bordeaux 130 km. Hiking paths: Parc naturel régional des Causses/Quercy.
