"We met some of the male waiters at World cafe and they were so-oh helpful and efficient. I would like to commend them. I wish I could recall all their names, but one was Oswaldo. We also had a female housekeeper that always kept our room in tip top shape - Room 534. We were so appreciative and tipped them for their excellent service! We had such a great time during our stay and plan to revisit next year. Loved this hotel, the food, the service all noteworthy! Loved the buffet - vast selections at the World Cafe. The only drawback was having to meet with staff to visit the other newer hotel. We felt somewhat pressured to meet with staff on this, but we chose not to do the tour because our time was very limited. It seemed like a timeshare type of push, although they did not call it that. "
