Affordable accommodations, but bare bone facilities. The AC could not get the temperature below 25 Celsius and wifi and cell signal in the room barely functional. The pool is nice and wifi at the restaurant works well. Direct access to the beach was also great. And of course can’t beat the price we were able to get the room for $80/night all in, which is hard to beat.

This place is mis represented by the website. It is a rundown tired appartment. There is no balcony, it has somehow been incorporated into the appartment. the kitchen top has a massive hole in it obscured by a plastic plate !, the fridge has been had painted, it is generally dischevelled. Why the windows have an X on them with tape, who knows,,

Checkin was fast and easy, We were only there for 1 night. Arrived at 2145. Check out at 1200 next day. We were given 1 extra hour. Pool, restaurant very nice. View from our room 1405 Awesome! Right over the beach! The room is dated and in need of upgrading. Definitely Recommend !

One of the stuff, his name was Victor, he was wonderful and helpful. I really thank him for giving us informations that he provided. The hotel room was really different from what I saw on pictures. I was really disappointed about it. There was no hairdryer, Refrigerator wasn’t working, Hot water wasn’t hot enough.

It’s a scam!. It’s not a hotel

Rooms are exactly like a room service: dirty, smelly, without hot water and dirty towels. I reserved two rooms, none of them were remotely likely the ones posted in Expedia. As soon As we check-in we complained about the rooms, so I had to pay $500 pesos extras per night to upgrade the room. It’s incredible Expedia allows to post this as a hotel, it’s not a hotel!!!. The property has different reception/administrators. Common areas are ok, but the rooms are horrible. Come over to have the worst experience your money can buy in Cancun.

Toilets(very bad flush) AC (barely doing anything) Elevator(very slow and buggy) and windows (on windy days they whistle a lot, plan earplugs if you are not a heavy sleeper) in poor condition. Lowers the quality of life by a lot. The cleaning service comes randomly during afternoon and only cleans the toilets, provide fresh towels and fix the bed sheets. The area is nice, the bar restaurant next to the pool as well. Convenience store very nearby (Minimarkt on the parking lot and Oxxo a hundred meters down the road). Also a laundry room available (with use of tokens available at the minimarkt). Luckily the beach was not as bad with the seaweed (sargassum) as few hundreds meters up or down, which was very pleasant. The owner of that room (« « romantic » studio with couch »  was helpful, the receptionist a bit less (absent the day we left which let us mid panic of missing our flight).

Stay away. Choose somewhere else

Check in was alright. Couldn’t find the correct check in lobby because there were multiple’owners’ who list their condos. The elevators are small. The door to room was dark and hard to see key pad to enter code. The layout of room was bad. There were cracks in ceiling and walls. The beds were hard rocks and pillows just as bad. Very flimsy sheets that didn’t look clean. Only 2 bath towels, shower was cold barely hot water at all. Had a water leak under the kitchen area which was bad and didn’t have towels to clean it up. Went to the front desk at 9pm and it was closed even though online it said it was open until 1030pm, because I complained in the follow up email had maintenance drop by around 1130pm which was very good because I had to be up for an excursion by 4am. Which would have been better if front desk was open when I went. Anyway. No WIFI because you are too far away from the extenders. A/c barely cooled room and leaked on the 2nd day all the way until we checked out. I wouldn’t suggest this place at all

Muy desagradable, ambas habitaciones no limpias , sábanas y toalla con manchas e incluso labial. El sensor del elevador lastimó a mi mamá pues las puertas del elevador se cerrraron con ella. La puerta de acceso entre los cuartos tenía las partes que cierran oxidadas y al abrir la puerta se desprendían. Las puertas de entrada no cierran y solo una cerradura de barrra cerraba las otras dos que tenían no funcionaban. Hormigas en la habitación . Nosotros lllegamos solo a dormir un par de horas y fue bastante incómodo dormir en esas condiciones. Después al dejar el lugar me textearon para quererme hacer responsable de su falta de mantenimiento en la puerta de en las fotos se ve el óxido y las deplorables condiciones de la puerta que conecta las habitaciones. De hecho quiero hacer un reclamo por las pésimas condiciones de las habitaciones. . Araňas y hormigas. Una genuina preocupación por lass condiciones de las habitaciones .
