ZOQUE's Mexican Villa is located in the heart of the hotel zone, just 2 minutes from the beach. It features 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a dining room that seats 12, a breakfast bar, a terrace with a beach umbrella, a common lounge with a TV, and access to 2 swimming pools and 1 tennis court. ZOQUE’s villa is a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, across from Cancún’s top restaurants, and just a few minutes from the best shopping malls, beautiful marinas, and the “Party Center Cancún.”

The villa has a Mexican style with a distinct touch of Tuxtla Gutiérrez—one of Mexico’s states richest in nature and culture—and was inspired by the Zoque route. It is beautiful, colorful, and quite spacious, decorated with great love and a strong Mexican flair. It features 5 bedrooms, distributed as follows:

1. Master bedroom: 1 king-size bed, full bathroom, and terrace.
2. Bedroom: 2 double beds, armchair, full bathroom, and balcony.
3. Bedroom: 2 double beds and a full bathroom.
4. Bedroom: 2 single beds and a shared full bathroom.

It also features beach umbrellas and chairs, as well as a cooler, which you are welcome to use during your stay.

A set of towels (face, hands, body, feet, and pool) is provided in each of the 5 bathrooms.

The villas feature 24/7 security and access to the pools and tennis court; hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. You’ll have your own set of keys, and only you, your family, and friends will be able to access the villa.

We’re a 3-minute walk from the villa’s front door to Playa Ballenas, considered one of the best beaches in Cancún. You’ll also have easy access to the best restaurants serving Mexican, Italian, Argentine, Greek, Japanese, and Mediterranean cuisine, among others, as well as supermarkets and shopping centers for your shopping needs. There are several marinas in the area, and if you’d like information on yacht rentals, excursions, and more, we can provide that as well. The bus stop is right on the corner of the villas, just a 2-minute walk from the villa’s entrance. The area with nightclubs, bars, and beach clubs is also within easy reach of the villa, just a few minutes by bus from our location.

The villa is located in an exclusive residential complex in the hotel zone in the heart of Cancún, just 10 minutes from the nightlife district and 5 minutes from two of the best shopping malls in Cancún. We share the beach with hotels such as Secrets The Vine, the Ritz-Carlton (now Kempinski), and Hard Rock.

The closest beach to the villas is just a 3-minute walk from the front door of Zoque’s Mexican Villa—this is the biggest perk and one of the wonderful advantages the villa has to offer. There are 7 Blue Flag-certified beaches around Cancun, and Playa Ballenas (the villas’ beach) is one of them.

We’re also located next to a pharmacy that carries everything you need, and there’s a larger pharmacy 500 meters from the villa.
