"Half the amenities mentioned in this hotels listing do not exists. There is no bistro/coffee service/cafe or restaurant. Literally arrived with our 2 young kids and no way to feed them. Was told to go to a local restaurant which is no use as we picked the hotel based on its amenities. "

"This was a clean and comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was excellent. It was in a good location for walking/site seeing . The only disappointment was the lack of laundry services which had been listed in the properties amenities section when we booked. A small thing but something we had planned on using as travelers out for a few weeks."

"I usually do not write bad reviews. We arrived at 3 pm, the owner was clearly bothered by our presence. He wanted to retain our Ids until the next day—a no go. The room had a temperature of 35 degrees and the a/c did not work. Our complaint was answered tha a/c only is available between 6pm and 5am. The hotel is situated in what looks like a war zone. Dilapidated buildings galore. The pictures and descriptions do not represent the reality. You would not walk outside in the dark. We left for...
