"The whole second floor didn’t have hot water and we only realized this after settling in and unpacking. The hotel said the only thing they could do was change us to the 3rd floor. It was really inconvenient that late. The room with hot water was dirty and not renovated like the second floor. Aldo there are dangerous wild dogs in the parking lot that growled at the guests.
