"We had a really great stay at Hotel Zócalo Central. The location is excellent for exploring the historic center, and the hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and welcoming.
A special shoutout to Joshua at Balcón del Zócalo, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful breakfast experience every morning. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job keeping our room spotless each day, which we really appreciated.
The only downside was transportation. While the location is fantastic, it was often difficult for Uber drivers to find the hotel due to the surrounding streets. Several times we had to be dropped off about 15 minutes away and walk the rest of the way, which was a bit inconvenient—especially with kids.
Overall, though, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Zócalo Central to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Mexico City."
