"El radiador de la habitación no funcionaba y pasamos frio por la noche. Nos dieron un apartamento con unas escaleras de caracol para acceder a la habitación y eran un poco inseguras. No cómodo para ir con niños. Dejan llevar mascotas. "

We know this hotel well and they know us.Wonderful situation next to the main north-south motorway in Hervas.The staff are fantastic and will do anything to help their guests. "Stayed in the rooms for a family of five. It was nice. The water was warm and the jet tub worked well. We did not eat at the restaurant but went into town for dinner and our breakfast we brought back and put in the fridge. Only stayed one night but it was nice. "

"The hotel is in a very good place in the middle of the nature but the price is a bit expensive for the type of food being served. The rooms not very clean. Air con didn't work and the shower was hard to use for old people. No handle available. "
