"This place is such a gem. It’s up a twisty road and actually in the rain forest. Lush and gorgeous. Very tasteful and attractive decor, super comfy bed, easy to get to attractions. The hosts were available and left us beers, water bottles, and even bananas from their trees. Highly recommended!"

"Such a lovely view of the ocean and the hills in the background. Very relaxing, had everything from beach towels, to beach chairs, a cooler and everything to have an enjoyable time at the beach. The pool was a nice and even had a blow up raft for the kids to play on."

"Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. "

"Nothing but great things to say about our stay. From the moment that we arrived, Joaquin made us feel like family what he has done on the property is nothing short of amazing. Property was easy to find. The gardens are beautiful. The flowers are incredible. The pool was fantastic. The whole place was so calming and serene, and incredibly clean. With the most beautiful views. Absolute paradise! Joaquin was the best host, he made us feel like family. His dog Pepe was most hospitable as well. I swear we’ve known him for years, but we’d only met that day. He’s very knowledgeable and helped us navigate our trip. He even taught us salsa dancing! I would plan another trip just to visit him and his property again."
