The choice of breakfast was varied and delicious. We ate at the restaurant and the food and service was excellent. We would highly recommend staying here."

The customer service was phenomenal; our bags were carried to our suite upon check in and carried out on check out, the rooms were cleaned daily. It was the best experienced. Beautiful scenes. "This hotel was so fabulous I rebooked for December within 2 hours of arrival. Safe, quiet and welcoming for a solo female traveller - couldn’t fault it. All food was excellent. I would suggest a small shop with snacks as it’s quite remote. "

"absolutely beautiful resort, many activities to do within the resort, the staff is friendly, humble and accommodating. The evening shows are nice, food was good several restaurant within the resort to choose from, we set up a spa day as well and it was beautiful. The spa is located next to the river and you can hear the water while getting a massage, if there is any cons which aren't really cons, its that you are in the jungle, so there is many bugs, critters and other kind of wildlife, the bathrooms in the lobby/restaurant areas do not have air conditioning, and twice i walked in and was greeted by BIG lizard/Iguana things in the stalls. Again, it is the Jungle so I didn't let it bother me. The bell boy warned us of the monkeys that like to show up in the early morning around the villas. But again we didn't mind. Overall the Villa was beautiful and relaxing. I would love to go back to this resort one day. Of course, whenever I am mentally and physically prepared for that 24 hour flight from California. lol "

"Stayed 9 nights and loved everything from the comfortable rooms, hospitality, cleanliness, location and amenities. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and happy during your stay! The complimentary breakfast every morning was amazing offering a variety of foods for breakfast or brunch. Gorgeous spa! During my stay I had a few massages, body scrub and a facial at the spa which was so relaxing and convenient to go from the spa to my bed in minutes. I felt so welcomed by the staff and was sad to leave. Had an amazing time and will go back! "

The pools are amazing and insta worthy posts if you are into that. The in house entertainment at night is wonderful every night is different. It’s very secluded and peaceful. Would highly recommend staying here, we can’t wait to return. "
