"In town for a few days hunting with friends. Place was nice and owner was nice. Had trouble with the door lock code a few times. Almost had reservation cancelled because the owner could “hear animals” which was actually us getting our turkey calls out for the following day. Very clean house and quiet neighborhood. Felt weird that the owner was in some sort of a hidden apt. though. "

"It was a pleasure staying at your home. The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant. There were amble things available surrounding your home. All in all we all enjoyed ourselves. If we ever visit New Hampshire again, I would most definitely look to book again."

"We had a great stay here. The property and accommodations were excellent. Clean, quiet, and as comfortable as we could ask for. It is in a great location close to the University of NH (great to drive and walk through) and Portsmouth. Highly recommend staying here!"

"This house has two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs. One bathroom (one of the listings stated 1). The outside of the house needs work. It would have been nice to be out on the deck enjoying the weather but needs updating. Beds are comfortable and linens seem new. Spacious inside. The location is next to EVERYTHING. Restaurants, music, shopping. Some items were broken and I did let the owners know. They were easy to contact. "

"We have rented thru VRBO before. This was by far our best experience. The house had everything we needed (no running out first thing for toilet paper) Best of all was the Christmas tree and decorations. It really made it “home for the holiday.”The agent and owners were super communicative, let us know what and where’s promptly.I can’t thank them enough for the experience. Our dog loved the space it trapped in a hotel room."

"We had a wonderful stay. Formerly a duplex apartment in a neighborhood of mostly single family homes, the home is walking distance to sightseeing, bodegas, restaurants, and more. The rooms were clean, well cared for, and showed lots of attention to detail. Two full kitchens, bathrooms in great condition, living rooms were all comfortable. We had a great time and would love to return for next year's tournament."

"Once you put your feet up by the fire and gaze out on to the pond, watch all the stress evaporate from your body. Our stay was awesome.
