Mountain Getaway For Couples! 17 miles to Asheville, Pet Friendly, Hot Tub

Pisgah Mountain View Cabin – The perfect place for a romantic getaway for two or a quiet retreat for one with beautiful year-round mountain views and where guests find it hard to leave once here!

A unique property where you can watch the sunrise over the mountain on one side and the sunset at Mount Pisgah on the other side. The cabin has lots of windows facing Mount Pisgah to bring Mother Nature inside, making it feel like a treehouse. The cabin has a studio design and includes a fireplace with gas logs, queen bed with luxury bedding, full kitchen stocked with all equipment needed to prepare gourmet meals including both K-cup/pod and automatic drip coffee makers, double recliner couch, large flat screen Smart TV with Spectrum basic cable, Spectrum high-speed internet, and dressing room with closet. Outdoor living at its best with hot tub (hot tub robes provided during your stay), two large decks, gas grill, a gazebo, three separate dining areas, outdoor fire pit, landscaping, and bountiful garden for guests to pick their own vegetables during growing seasons. Pet-friendly allowing dog fur babies! The upper deck has a gate and fenced deck railings to allow your fur baby to enjoy contained outdoor living with you. There is contactless check-in and check-out. A lock box is used for property access. We pay very special attention to cleaning and hope that you will notice our efforts.

We are located 17 miles west of downtown Asheville, 5 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway at Mount Pisgah, 18 miles from the Biltmore House & Gardens, and 23 miles from the Asheville Regional Airport. Your favorite activities are nearby if you decide to leave the cabin!

Like outdoor adventures?
Hiking, Mountain Biking, Rafting/Kayaking, Hot Air Ballooning, Exploring Pisgah National Forest & Blue Ridge Parkway are all close to you. Mountains-to-the-Sea trail is less than 5 miles from cabin intersecting Pisgah Hwy (Hwy 151) & Blue Ridge Parkway at Milepost 405. Many other trails can be accessed from the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Go explore a small, quaint mountain town filled with unique shopping, locally made arts & crafts, and dining experiences. West is Waynesville, East is Black Mountain & Chimney Rock, Southeast is Hendersonville & Brevard, and North is Weaverville. Want to see free-range Elk? Go about an hour or so West to Cherokee and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Try to make it back to the cabin at least one night before dark to see the sunset over the mountain.

Cozy and Relaxing!

We had a lovely stay at the cabin! The bed is extremely comfortable and it is a perfect location if you want to explore Asheville but also want some seclusion. We hope to be back!

Wonderful secluded cabin

We had a really nice time at this property. The cabin is in a secluded area in the woods with great mountain views and outdoor space for relaxing. The cabin is well-equipped and clean. Just a short drive to the Blueridge Parkway or to downtown Asheville.

This cabin was the perfect getaway. It was so cozy. We had mostly bad weather during our stay but we were perfectly content staying in. We did get to enjoy the hot tub on the first night...so relaxing. Definitely recommend.

Romantic, fully equipped, great views. In our four night, three day stay we only left the cabin twice. It truly is a destination cabin. Extremely friendly and accommodating host, highly recommended. Perfection.

The cabin was everything we wanted. Perfect location to get on the Blue Ridge Parkway and just a short drive to Asheville, where we only went into town once. We spent our mornings sitting in the swinging chairs and our evenings in the hot tub. Enough space for the 2 of us but just the right amount of cozy. I’ve already given a friend the listing so she can go!

We loved this cabin!! The views were incredible! From checking in to checking out, was so very easy! The interior was welcoming.... The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, including spices in the cabinet. Pots and pans of all sorts. If you bring a pet, there are extra food and water bowls in the hall closet by the bathroom. There were 2 robes for hot tub use in the back room in a closet. Also, a ironing board, iron, blow dryer, extra towels, and more! The only thing we had happen was the fire alsrm went off 3 times during the week, at night, everytime it went off. Then, it stopped on its own. We couldnt figure that out. Of course, there was NO smoking in the cabin, and my husband only smokes outside and, at home, too. Might need to change rhe batteries... All in all, 100% beautiful cabin, beautiful trip, LOVES IT....HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! HOT TUB was very easy to.operate.Oh, and the mattress.... sunk too far in the middle.Thats all!! Thank you to Tammy Capps!!!

Cabin Review

The cabin was very nice and the views were wonderful!! We would love to come back. The only problem was we got to the cabin and the cleaning crew was still there and were taking up the driveway. It was odd because we got there an hour and a half after check in but they still were not done. Other than that, loved our stay!

Anniversary trip to the mountains

This property is everything we could have asked for our first anniversary trip! Perfectly sized for two adults and a big ol’ dog with plenty of room to explore on local hikes. Tons of conveniences just a quick drive up the road, though the house has just about everything you could need. We ventured to downtown Asheville during the daytime but ultimately looked forward to spending our nights sitting in the hot tub under the stars and falling asleep with the fireplace going. We fell in love with this home and loved this trip! We can’t wait to come back!

Weekend Getaway

When we first arrived the cabin didn't seem as secluded as I had thought it was and I was a little unsure about it, but it turned out to be exactly what we wanted and needed. It was super quaint on the inside, loved the decor and the openness of it. The hot tub was fantastic, very clean and roomy. We were able to sit out in it while it snowed which is something I had hoped for. Not far at all from downtown Ashville, we went into town Friday and Saturday nights and enjoyed good food and live music. We had a wonderful weekend and will likely go back in the Spring or Fall to enjoy some hiking.

Hidden Gem

Enjoy the little things!! We created many new memories in this cabin!! It was peaceful and a beautiful location!! We went to Blue Ridge Parkway ( So beautiful) and downtown Asheville ( great place for a good coffee or food)!! The booklet left in the cabin was very helpful with directions, restaurants, and hiking paths!! We enjoyed the hot tub in the evening as well as a nice campfire!! Best place ever

My fiancé and I stayed in this cabin and we had the absolute best time! We LOVED every sqft of this property. We would absolutely come back again! The only thing we found a little complicated was that there was no electrical outlets in the bathroom - so we had to blow dry our hair in the extra room.. which would have been fine but the outlet in there was underneath the table where the small mirror was, so we had to sit on our knees to do anything. Matter of fact, the electrical outlets in the entire cabin were a little janky.. but nevertheless - it was only a small complication! We still absolutely enjoyed ourselves in the cabin! The privacy and the hot tub were amazing. And right next to the blue ridge parkway - which is the reason we went
