We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. Good value for money, and we'd happily stay here again. Recommended!

Novotel Candolim is a very good and centrally located property with all the amenities you could ever wish and you can walk to any local shop or restaurant within a few minutes. Swimming pool is a nice place to be with a nice 35 meter length. Very clean and very nice. All the staff work as a team and are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is just amazing and we had many evening buffet dinners which were all very nice and the menus were varied and rotated daily. In short this hotel was a home away from home and the prices were very reasonable. There is also an on site spa. Will definitely visit again and strongly recommend this hotel to any friends and family looking for a good place to stay whilst in Goa .

Nice rooms. Great location. Kind staff

Nice spacious rooms. Very comfy bed. Good Aircon. Staff extremely friendly and attentive. Nice breakfast buffet. Nice pool with bar area, Sid behind bar kept us well supplied with nice drinks and good conversation. Right in the middle of the bars and restaurants and short walk to beach.

Novotel is a good brand and it lives upto the expectations always but this property is a little old which was visible in it's rooms and washrooms. Breakfast was decent, staff was helpful and responsive. They have a casino next to the hotel which is free for all Novotel guests so something to explore and a freebie ;)

The property is clean and well located for all the main attractions, I would rate it more 4 star than 5 star as the property could do with modernising. The best thing about the property is the staff, in particular the restaurant staff that were very accommodating and looked after us well by serving us with bespoke dishes throughout our stay. Special shout out to Chetan and Arnab who went out of there way to look after us at breakfast and dinner.

Decent hotel, but terrible location

Got great service from the hotel staff. Breakfast buffet was good. But the rooms were small. Location was bad. Candolim beach is 1km away and easily walkable, but it's extremely difficult to commute to far away beaches if you don't have a personal vehicle. Taxis at and around the hotel are ridiculously overpriced. Goamiles app doesn't work.

the F&B staff are absolutely fantastic, the Chefs, Rahul and his team went out of their way to accommodate our specific requirements, nut allergies and our struggle with spice. their meals and service were on point. However, when it comes to the hotel itself, the facilities were dirty and quite dated. the pool was dirty and shallow. the hotel looked like a 2 - 3 stars max. definitely not a 5 star hotel. cost us over £400 for accommodation and did not feel that it was worth it at all. sorry.
