CAFÉ DA MANHÃ DEIXANDO MUITO A DESEJAR.

Quanto aos funcionários do hotel, no geral, todos muito atenciosos, solícitos, educadíssimos, enfim para eles nota Dez; Quanto as acomodações minha cama tinha um colchão pouco confortável com um afundamento,(talvez muito uso), deixando o corpo mal acomodado. Agora o café da manhã, que já foram em outras ocasiões que fiquei hospedado no Sky o ponto alto deixou muito a desejar, pouca variedade, salgados, com exceção do pão de queijo, e bolos que não eram ou pelo menos pareciam não ser frescos, tanto na aparência e textura, como no sabor, deixando uma sensação que eram sobras de outros dias ou que vinham de algum outro lugar e que teriam sido preparados muito antes de serem servidos e infelizmente quando fiquei no Sky Valle de Gramado já havia vivenciado a mesma experiência, mas acreditei que seria um lapso ocasional, mas parece que não. Lamento de verdade pois o café da manhã, dessa unidade de Canela, como outras em Gramado que já me hospedei, na rede Sky, tinham um café da manhã primoroso, que sempre me influenciaram na hora de escolher onde me hospedar, mas nas duas últimas vezes houve decepção. Na primeira vez deixei passar, mas na segunda reafirmou a anterior me deixou entendendo que a política mudou.
