"This place was the landing place we needed for the month we stayed there. It's a comfortable place and we will always remember our time there with fondness. Carolina was really responsive and the place has a VERY nice terrace with fantastic views. My suggestion to future guests is try and pick a time when Carolina is not out of town, as we could have used some in-person help with the hot water. It would have been better if there was someone who could come in person to show us what we were doing...

"They place is confortable enough, the location is great, just about a block from the beach. Our apartment had a distinct smell from the sink, candles needed.... Before You book, make sure you bring your own linens, no towels or sheets included, they offer them for Rent. Overall, just ok. Piriapolis however, is a great place to vacation."

"This is a fantastic located property in Montevideo! Near of everything and with seaview. The property manager Gabriela is an excellent host and I have to say that the communication works very well.
