"Pros: El apartamento era prácticamente nuevo en una urbanización también moderna. Dispone de parque y piscina, aunque la piscina no pudimos disfrutarla. Cerca de zonas de restauración y de la playa. "Location is fantastic. Unit is easily locatable and easily accessible to/from Valencia. Management company is quick to respond and helpful. Interior of unit is very usable and patios are relaxing. Unfortunately, some of the items in the interior need some attention, like the bath in the ensuite: where caulking causes leaking and drainage is slow, and a kitchen door needing to be reinstalled; which cost an afternoon of waiting for repair.
