L'appartement correspond bien à la description, bien meublé, propre, bien équipé. Grand balcon permettant de manger sur la terrasse exposée Est. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de transat et la vue sur le carrefour très bruyant en journée.

Cet appartement est toujours aussi bien entretenu ( je reviens depuis quelques années une semaine en octobre). Bonne situation et terrasse ensoleillée le matin. Le petit bémol: dommage que le verrou de la porte vitrée ne soit toujours pas réparée malgré les signalements.

Bonne location, au calme tout en étant à proximité des plages. A proximité des commerces ce qui permet de tout faire à pied sans utiliser la voiture. Bien pratique car se stationner à Canet plage est vite compliqué. De plus une ligne de bus passe devant la résidence . Penser à prendre un parasol car le soleil est un peu gênant le matin sur le balcon. Petit bémol :Attention au niveau propreté de l appartement : on se pose des questions sur la taxe de ménage obligatoire car le dessous des pieds devenaient noir quand on marchait dans l appartement ..
