CLEAN, safe, new, gorgeous. Wow. What a nice hotel. Love that the sleeper sofa (not a pullout couch) is extra deep, with a trundle below, perfect for 2 kids to have their own beds. I'm writing this review before I have the Continental breakfast but I stayed at SS in two different states this trip, and the buffet area looks the same here so I know the breakfast will be great. 10/10 for this hotel!

It was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff was super friendly, the amenities were perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property is amazing, and the asst general manager Kourtney, was amazing! The room was very nice. We were very comfortable- the beds were soft, and the pull out trundle couch was great foe the kids. The room is very spacious. Breakfast was very good.overall 10/10!

Very nice hotel and great location, but not properly staffed for a full house weekend…breakfast had only one attendant who tried her best to keep up, but everything was always running on empty. There were also little things missing in room like no Kleenexes or coffee cups. Blinds should come with instructions as a very busy front desk person had to come to our room to show us how to operate, and even he had trouble….there were buttons way across the room that you would have never guessed went with the blinds. All in all, a very nice hotel with potential of being even better with some attention to the details above!

Generally an OK stay, but the place needs a lot of care. For this price point, having stained carpets, torn and worn window shades is not acceptable. Staff is OK, but not friendly or welcoming. Lobby chaotic. 65 dollar valet parking not worth it, but they leave you no choice. Location is great.

First of all, we were SUPPOSED TO be in the Springhill Suites side (this property has two hotels in one building, for whatever reason). When we arrived, the front desk told us we were in the other side (Townplace Suites, I believe?). Welp, the card machine for the Townplace suites side was broken, so they couldn't make us a room key card. So we weren't even supposed to be on that side anyway, and then now we can't even go into our room by ourselves! Every time we left the room (went to dinner, went to see family, went to the pool, went to breakfast in the lobby), we then had to wait on a front desk employee to be available, and they had to walk us up to our room and let us in. This was EXTREMELY inconvenient. Especially when we weren't even supposed to be on that side of the building anyway! Will not go back here, due to the service I received. There's a Marriott directly behind this property, and it's much better.
