upon our arrival we had to wait for the property manager to give us the code to the front door to retrieve the keys to the villa.. (parking for the car was horrible, parked down the road about 15m) but for people with scooters im sure it wouldve been okay. the next day and half were okay, but not super smooth. I believe the owner tried to rush the rent turn around time, bc the previous guests left the front door misaligned / rubbing uptop from rough handling, linen closet door was broken, and they also broke the blender so we couldn't use it for our fresh fruits.. then by day 3 we realized the pool pump doesn't work properly so the pool cleaner couldn't do his job properly (which we understood bc not his fault). but the villa cleaner did good job , when they came(but not everyday. not sure what their proper protocol for this villa is). but the most aggravating thing was the power kept tripping the main breaker outside and we had to keep resetting it. but the villa overall was nice, modern, and huge rooms and spacious. but the actual owner needs to spend some money back into the property.
