"Stayed on level 11. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the added convenience of being connected to Ipoh Parade shopping centre. Just RM5 to old town and Concubine Lane area or to the Ipoh night market. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Excellent location for a short stay."

"My window didnt have a seal so the nosie would get through with no issue I ended up putting toilet paper as a insulation seal. And showered arent leaved enough to drain fasten for my preference. Everything else was perfect two very small issues."

"Rooms are very simple, spartan. My room had a toilet located inside the shower, so it got wet every time i took a shower. If you are plus sized or overly tall, this may not be the place for you. … If you are vegetarian skip the breakfast: it’s just white toast and coffee for you lol. …. But if you want access to a gym with a wide range of every strength training machine ever invented, this is the best value for you. The gym is called Urbax Fitness and is just 2-3 doors down from the hotel. BYO towels and water, nothing but the machines are provided. Not even AC! So make sure you don’t go in the middle of the day, it’s more comfortable morning or evening. There are also a wide range of cardio machines and the treadmills incline up to 20%, but i found the bike seats uncomfortable."

"Gothic in the tropics. Very moody and atmospheric styling. Plus; outside my room there is a great looking statue of a whale shark! Bonus :) Room is very clean. Breakfast buffet is great and clean! Staff are super friendly and helpful. One area that can be better cleaned is the fitness center. It’s fabulous that it is 24hrs available, but here is a tip: Add some disposable alcohol wipes and this will make the experience better and 5 stars!"

"There is a Aeon Mall & Supermarket in 5 mins walking distance; that is the best point of the hotel. Limited hotel car park hence I have to park outside hotel which is chargeable. The staff is friendly and helpful."
