"We spent an enjoyable week at this lovely property. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and the villa was as describe on the web site. It was very peaceful and relaxing and there were lots of interesting places in the area to visit. So if you are looking for a relaxing place in a beautiful part of Italy we would definitely recommend staying here, we had a fab time."

"Beautiful farm house feel in the country. We took many drives through the country roads and discovered sites along the way. It is truly out in the county and you need a car to get around. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It is not easy to find the location, but we met at a grocery store and followed to the home."

"After the hustle and bustle of Rome, this was a perfect countryside getaway. The views from the home were stunning and the town of Tarquinia absolutely charming. We ventured to the hot springs about an hour away and upon our return viewed the Tuscan landscape. Great experience overall. Highly recommend !"

"My party found Angela and Andrea to be ethical, honest and above all welcoming. Angela gave us a list of great local restaurants. What we wanted was to eat locally and get a feel for the country. Pitigliano is a wonderful local, rich in history going back 3,000 years to the Etruscans. Multiple Forts, Castles and Hot Springs are all within 10 miles of the Villa. "The spa experience was very good. The room was comfortable, very clean, and well appointed. The restaurant offerings were very good. The main attraction is the hot spring pool. It's an historic wonder. The sulphur smell is omnipresent, I got used to it. The therapeutic effect of my stay was real. I will return. "

"An absolutely amazing location, wonderful hosts and incredible food. Stunning views from the room, clean bathroom. Fantastic wine tour and tasting, very clear instructions regarding parking. The only thing we’d change is a fan or some air con though we fully appreciate that might not be possible due to the historic nature of the building. It was a little too warm for us at night and we were reluctant to leave the windows open as there was a gap in a mosquito screen. This may not be an issue for others who are more used to the heat! Thank you for a most wonderful stay. Provided the perfect base to visit the Tuff towns. We will recommend to friends and family. "
