"4 stars because the first room smelled very smoky. I was given a different room that was great. The shower head and water pressure were amazing. The water felt like a massage. The breakfast food was ok, I’m not a fan of fake eggs but the biscuits and gravy were good. I didn’t try the waffles but they smelled delicious. The coffee was the best hotel coffee ever. Each cup made fresh, hot and you could make it mild medium or strong. The strong was actually good!"

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at! Everything felt clean and tidy. Beautiful updated decor and colors. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was better than most. My kids aged 5-11 loved the pool, absolutely perfect for that age range. There was happy hour on weekdays so my husband and I got complimentary wine and the kids got a free soda. The room was immaculate and our beds and pillows were comfy. I highly recommend the clubhouse. The area around the clubhouse was very nice! Felt safe and had restaurants and anything you’d need super close. 10/10! "

"The room we were in was in poor shape. The flooring had warped and needs to be redone. 90% of the plugs were so old that they wouldn’t even hold a cellphone charger to connect to electricity. The hotel needs to be renovated"

"I declined housekeeping when I checked in, and for the first three days my room was not serviced. On day three, however, staff entered and cleaned my room without my request. That morning, I had removed my wedding ring after a shower and accidentally left it behind. When I returned later that day, the ring was missing. I immediately reported the issue and was told it would be investigated and that a manager would follow up. The next day, I was informed that no one had seen the ring and there was no record of my request to opt out of room service. Instead of resolving the situation, I was offered 10,000 points, which did not address the loss. This experience was deeply disappointing, and I will not stay here again. "
