One bedroom apartment in the heart of Cannes in an outstanding building a very easy walk to the Palais des Festivals and the main beach front on the Croisette.

Set in a beautiful building, the apartment is ideal for attending one of the conferences at the Palais des Festivals or simply for a short holiday by the sea!

On the 2 nd floor (with an elevator) of a very well maintained building, this apartment is very well equipped with wifi and is air conditionned.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and it's own little terrace. A spacious living room with a comfortable sitting area, a well equipped open plan kitchen and a lovely terrace to sit outside.

Literally an 11 minute walk to the Palais des Festivals and a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach, we can highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Cannes.
