This beautiful studio is located in the prestigious Gray d'Albion residence, 3 minutes walk from the convention center and only moments from the Croisette. The apartment is very well located close to everything you need: beach, market, restaurants, shopping streets. Because it faces the inner yard it is very quiet and you can easily sleep with the windows open. Everything in the apartment worked as advertised so overall we were very pleased with the experience and we will most likely try to book it again next year.

We liked this apartment for a number of reasons.Firstly it's location in the centre of Cannes and its location in the Gray d'Albion complex.It faces south on to the inner gardens.It's on the fourth floor in a quiet and secure location.It seems to have been recently refurbished -with high end appliances and the furniture was of a high standard.The sofa bed was very comfortable and easy to manage. The bathroom was excellent with 2 wash basins and a walk -in shower. We have stayed in 2 other apartments in the Grayd'Albion and this was by far the best. We hope to return.

Ce grand studio, situé au coeur de La Croisette, ne présente que des avantages, notamment si vous désirez des vacances sans voiture. Les commerces et les restaurants sont aux pieds de la résidence, la gare SNCF à deux minutes à pieds. Rien à redire sur la propreté et accueil chaleureux. A louer sans hésiter. Descriptif de la location assez proche de la réalité, juste qu'il n'y a pas de machine à glaçons, que la cafetière est une machine Senseo et non un percolateur, que les commodités de la cuisine sont limitées ( pas de grille pain, et autres) que le soleil ne couvre pas toute la terrasse (même situé sud), et dernier élément important le parking n'appartiens pas au propriétaire, c'est un parking public à 26 euros par 24h ou 150 euros la semaine. Indication animaux acceptés mentionnés mais prix pas indiqués.( 35€ par semaine)??
