This elegant one-bedroom flat is located in the heart of Cannes, offering a peaceful environment where you can enjoy all the modern comforts you need. It is perfectly suited for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 people with its comfortable double sofa bed. The accommodation is fully equipped, including internet access, bed linen, towels and crockery, all included in the price. Whether you are on holiday (only 1 minute walk from the beaches) or on business (5 minutes walk from the Palais des Festivals), this flat is an ideal choice.

The flat has excellent accessibility, being a short walk from the train and bus station.

We can arrange airport transfert to/from Nice Airport for 1 to 5 people by car or van. We have several cars or vans and our drivers will wait for you directly at the airport with your name on a board. Our drivers are also available to assist you during your stay.

Rien a dire sur l'emplacement. En revanche il manque des petites choses assez essentielles...

Rien a dire sur l'emplacement. En revanche c' est vraiment dommage de devoir poser ses valises à terre, pas vraiment de rangement dans le sejour. Un porte valise aurait fait l'affaire. Meme consequence pour le papier toilette...et pas de porte savon. Nettoyage de surface. A l'arrivée de la poussière sous le lit et mego encore dans le cendrier. Concernant les ustencils de cuisines. Tout est dépareillé et ne donne pas du tout envie de cuisiner. En revanche on m'a rapidement remplacé la machine à café défectueuse. Le lit de la chambre est vraiment étroit si ce n'est pas pour faire des galipettes. Le tiroir à couvert va bientôt tomber sur les pieds d'un futur client. La saison commence, jose espérer que pour les prochains touristes ces petits ajustement seront réalisés. La salle de bain reste agréable.
